OPINION
DAMICH, Judge:
In this spent nuclear fuel case, Defendant has moved the Court to reconsider its decision reinstating its post-trial award to Plaintiff of the full amount of mitigation damages that Dairyland has sought for costs ineurx’ed relating to Private Fuel Storage, LLC *104(“PFS”). Dairyland Power Cooperative v. United States, 104 Fed.Cl. 400 (2012) (“Dairyland III”).
This Court’s reinstatement of the $11,999,125 in damages awarded to Plaintiff for PFS was made pursuant to remand from the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in order to examine more closely whether…
