The plaintiff, Eugene Sokolowski, brought this action against the Metropolitan Transit Authority (the “MTA”), MTA Metro-North Railroad, and MTA Metro-North Commuter Railroad (collectively, the “defendants”), pursuant to the Railway Labor Act, 45 U.S.C. § 151 et seq., the New York State Human Rights Law (“NYSHRL”), N.Y. Exec. Law § 290 et seq., and the New York City Human Rights Law (“NYCHRL”), N.Y.C. Admin. Code § 8-101 et seq.
