Pro se plaintiff Claude Staten, an officer with the New York City Police Department ("NYPD"), brings this action against the Patrolmen's Benevolent Association of the City of New York (the "Union"). This suit-Staten's fourth federal lawsuit relating to his claims of alleged discrimination and retaliation by the NYPD-includes a variety of claims under federal, state, and local laws.
