INTRODUCTION

Petitioner Richard J. DelPrince ("Petitioner") filed this action on June 7, 2018, requesting judicial review of an arbitration award rendered pursuant to the mandatory arbitration procedures of the Railway Labor Act ("RLA"), 45 U.S.C. § 153, First (q), that sustained the decision of respondent Norfolk Southern Railway Company ("Norfolk Southern" or "Respondent") to discharge Petitioner from employment.
