I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff, Charles M. Forman, the Chapter 11 Trustee for the Estate of Bruce Earl Price and Angela Jocelyn Price (hereinafter “Plaintiff’ or “Trustee”) brings the within action seeking recovery of attorneys’ fees, interest, late fees, sheriffs fees and real estate taxes paid to Defendant Amboy National Bank (hereinafter “Am-boy” or “Movant”) upon closing on Debtors’ real estate in July of 2005.
