The plaintiff, Bohn Lumber Products Company, is engaged in the general woodworking business and occupies a property containing a little less than 65,000 square feet of land so located that it is served by the New York Central Railroad’s belt line in Detroit. The property is owned by the Michigan Central Railroad Company and is included in the general lease of that company’s property to the New York Central Railroad Company, which company in turn entered into a lease of the occupied property with the plaintiff’s predecessor on March 15,1935.
