I. INTRODUCTION
This matter is before the Court on Defendant AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc.’s (“AAA Cooper”) Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. [Doc. 17-1]. AAA Cooper motioned the court for partial summary judgment on two separate issues.
