OPINION BY FORD ELLIOTT, P.J.E.:

Kyle Rainey appeals, pro se, from the order of May 18, 2015, denying his petition for expungement. We affirm.

In a prior memorandum affirming appellant's judgment of sentence on direct appeal, this court set forth the history of this case as follows:

On June 1, 1994, appellant and three co-conspirators robbed a jewelry store. During the commission of the robbery, the gunman, Nathan Riley (Riley), shot and killed storeowner Sun Yoo Kang in front of his wife, Mahlee Kang.
