This action was commenced by the defendant in error against the plaintiff in error and others to foreclose a mortgage on certain property in the city of Henryetta. The plaintiff in error, Mary Josephine Foster, in her. answer alleged that she had a prior lien on said property by reason of a mortgage executed by Jacob and Phebe Bozarth to the plaintiff in error to secure a loan of $3,700. She alleged, further, that this mortgage was executed on October 10, 1918, and while she was a minor; that on January 26, 1921, after the death of Jacob Bozarth, Ernest L. Bozarth and wife executed a mortgage…
