1 Reported in 297 N.W. 342. This action was begun by Frederica T. Thomes as a stockholder of the defendant corporation. Frederica died before the trial, and her personal representative was substituted as plaintiff.
The amended complaint, among other things, alleged grounds for her bringing the action as the representative of the corporation, and a cause of action in favor of the corporation against the defendant Charles B.
