Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Stein, J.), entered December 7, 2005 in Rensselaer County, which, inter alia, granted plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment dismissing defendant Dennis Tremont’s counterclaim.
Plaintiff commenced an action for divorce against defendant Dennis Tremont (hereinafter defendant) in August 2004.
