Appeals (1) from that part of an order of the Supreme Court (McNamara, J.), entered December 14, 2007 in Albany County, which denied defendant’s motion to vacate a stipulation of settlement, and (2) from a judgment of said court, entered December 14, 2007 in Albany County, granting, among other things, defendant a divorce, upon a decision of the court.
