The plaintiff, who is administratrix of her husband, William S. Person, has, appealed from a judgment, dismissing her complaint’ to recover damages for the death of the intestate' through the negligence of the three defendants. The decedent was an electrical linesman in the employ of other persons and was killed on August 6, 1946, while at work in an army camp in the County of Rockland, New York.
