The infant plaintiff was injured when bags of terrazzo pebbles, piled on the sidewalk in connection with the work of renovating a building, shifted and fell upon him. This action to recover for personal injuries and for loss of services was brought against four defendants, The Bank for Savings in the City of New York, as owner of the building, hereinafter referred to as the Bank; Merola Bros.
