Charles Glover appeals from the district court’s dismissal of his application for a writ of habeas corpus. We affirm.

I

Glover pled guilty to one count of armed robbery in Mississippi state court in 1971 and was sentenced to serve ninety-nine years in prison. Following his conviction in Mississippi, he was returned to Alabama where he had been serving a term of life imprisonment for murder.
