In an action to recover damages for legal malpractice, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (McCormack, J.), entered April 21, 2015, as denied his cross motion for summary judgment on the issue of liability and to impose sanctions upon the defendants’ attorney pursuant to 22 NYCRR 130-1.1, and the defendants cross-appeal from so much of the same order as denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
