2Per curiam
Jason Collura appeals from the judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, which dismissed his civil rights complaint. We will affirm.
I. Background
As the parties 1 are familiar with the facts and procedural history of the case, we include only a brief summary. In July 2012, Collura filed a civil rights complaint in the Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County, but the Defendants removed the matter to the District Court.
