Plaintiff-appellant John Reeves argues on appeal that “everyday mobility”—as he defines it—is a “major life activity” within the meamng of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., that he suffers from a mental impairment that substantially limits Ms ability to engage m this activity, and that he is therefore entitled to invoke the protection of the ADA. He also contends that whether or not Ms condition qualifies as a “disability” for purposes of the ADA, it so qualifies under the New York Human Rights Law (“NYHRL”), N.Y. Exec. Law…
