Plaintiffs-Appellants Heidi and Juan Rodriguez, parents of minor child A.R., brought suit for disability discrimination under the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq. (“FHA”), against Defendants-Appellees Village Green Realty, Inc., a real estate agency, and Blanca Aponte, its agent.
