Appellant John Doe appeals from the trial court’s grant of summary judgments in favor of appellees, the Roman-Catholic Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston and the Reverend Terry Brinkman, on the grounds that Doe’s claims based on alleged sexual assault by Brinkman are barred by the statute of limitations.
