OPINION ON APPELLANT’S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

A jury found appellant, Kyle Steven Williams, guilty of telephone harassment. See Tex.Penal Code § 42.07(a)(2). The trial court assessed appellant’s punishment at 90 days jail time and a $500.00 fine, both probated for six months. The Fourteenth Court of Appeals affirmed. Williams v.
