OPINION AND ORDER

CASELLAS, District Judge.

Before the Court is Defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint (Docket # 30). Plaintiffs have duly opposed said motion (Docket # 31). Having reviewed the parties’ arguments, as well as the relevant case law, Defendants’ motion will be DENIED.
