2Per curiam

After sustaining catastrophic injuries while operating a Yamaha four-wheel all-terrain vehicle, Beth Arnoult filed suit against Yamaha Motor Company, U.S.A., on theories of strict products liability and negligence. The trial jury awarded Arnoult $3,600,000 in damages, and the district court awarded attorney’s fees under NRCP 68. Yamaha appeals.

We affirm the judgment with the exception of one component of the damage award and the award of attorney’s fees.
