Plaintiff Sandra Gale Hall 1 filed this action alleging retaliatory discharge and disability discrimination under the Tennessee Handicap Act, Tenn.Code Ann. § 8-50-103 (“THA”), against her former employer, Defendant Wal-Mart Stores East, LP. In particular, Plaintiff contends that she was terminated in retaliation for filing a workers’ compensation claim and for her disability.
