Plaintiff, Nicholette M. Rock, filed this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., (“Title VII”) against the Defendant, T.N.H.D. Partners, LLC, her former employer. Plaintiff asserts claims for sex discrimination and retaliation.
