This is an action of tort wherein the plaintiff seeks to recover damages of the defendant by reason of defendant’s alleged negligence in the operation of an automobile, resulting in personal injuries to the plaintiff. Plea, the general issue. Verdict and judgment for the plaintiff. The case is here upon defendant’s exceptions.
