PIERCE, Judge.
Plaintiff, Ike Shaw, Jr., appeals from several trial court orders granting summary judgments to defendants, General Motors Corporation (GM), Daniel Motors, Inc. (DM), and Fontaine Truck Equipment Co. (FTE), on plaintiff’s claims of strict liability, negligence, and breach of implied and express warranties. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
GM manufactured the cab and chassis of a truck which was sold unchanged by DM to the City of Colorado Springs. FTE manufactured a dump bed and hoist which was sold by another equipment company to the City of Colorado Springs. The latter…
