This is a Civil Rights action brought by a prisoner confined in the Federal Reformatory at El Reno, Oklahoma, seeking money damages together with declaratory and injunctive relief. The plaintiff contends that the defendants have violated 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and he asserts jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1343.
