Plaintiff Atlantic Casualty Insurance Company (“Atlantic”) brings this action against its insured, Defendant Sealtite Roofing & Construction Company (“Seal-tite”), seeking a declaratory judgment that it has no duty to defend or indemnify Sealtite from claims asserted in an underlying lawsuit filed in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.
