1Opinion of the CourtJustice Stamos

On November 17, 1970, defendant pleaded guilty to the charge of unlawful possession of narcotic drugs and was placed on probation for five years. On December 15, 1970, he leld a notice of appeal and the Public Defender was appointed as his counsel. A motion to allow the Public Defender to withdraw has been filed that states that the only basis of appeal would be whether the comt fully admonished the defendant as to the consequences and significance of his plea of guilty and whether it was error to accept the plea when during such plea defendant asserted his innocence.
