PALMORE, Judge.

The appellee Raymond Freeman was insured by the appellant, Continental Casualty Company, under a group mortgage protection policy under which he was entitled to receive $100 per month while disabled and wholly unable to engage in his occupation by reason of sickness or injury caused by an accident. He received an accidental injury on June 25, 1963, and promptly submitted a proof of loss to the company.
