HOLLANDER, Judge.

The Circuit Court for Garrett County, sitting as the juvenile court, found that appellant, Joshua C., committed the delinquent acts of malicious burning of a building and misdemeanor theft. 1 At the time of the delinquent acts, Joshua was ten years old. At disposition, the court placed appellant on probation and ordered restitution in the amount of $62.85. Appellant timely noted his appeal and presents two questions for our review, which we have rephrased slightly:

I. Did the motion judge err in denying appellant’s motion to suppress his confession?
