The plaintiff had a verdict against the Haney Drug Company in a suit to recover damages due to the taking of tablets which were purchased from the defendant and which are alleged to have contained poison which injuriously affected the plaintiff’s health. Upon the trial the case was dismissed as to Marie Haney, and the jury found no verdict against W. C. Haney. D. C. Leo & Company were not served and did not appear in the action.
