This suit was originally filed by R. B. Locke and wife, Gillie Frost Locke, against G. E. Walden and wife, Pearl Walden, and W. R. Lee and wife, Ludie Lee, on a debt evidenced by a note and for foreclosure of a vendor’s lien on certain real estate and the foreclosure of a chattel mortgage lien on personal property, each of such liens securing the note. The foreclosure of an attachment lien on other and different property was also sought. The defendants Waldens moved to quash the writ of attachment, as well as to abate the proceedings.
