State v. Bressie

Defendant was convicted in the Circuit Court of Dent County and was sentenced to imprisonment in jail for sis months and to pay a fine of $500 upon an information charging him Avith wife abancloment. The Attorney-General has filed a motion to transfer the case to the Springfield Court of Appeals. This is the first point for consideration.
