The Garofalo Company, Inc., filed in the municipal court of Chicago its third amended statement of claim containing five counts, against St. Mary’s Packing Co., asking judgment for $2,240.45. Defendant’s motion to strike this pleading was sustained and judgment was entered against plaintiff, to reverse which it appeals.
