TMs is a motion by the defendant husband to modify a judgment of separation in favor of the plaintiff wife so as to annul the provisions thereof directing payment of support to the plaintiff for herself and the infant daughter of the parties, so as to award custody of the child to the defendant instead of to the wife and so as to relieve the defendant from further payment of certain counsel fees provided for in the judgment.
