Tripp, dated June 24,1965 and thereupon to deny the petitioner’s application pursuant to section 150 of the Debtor and Creditor Law to discharge of record the judgment entered in the office of the Clerk of the *100County of Queens on February 17, 1959 in favor of respondent against petitioner for the sum of $3,093.97.
