Defendant extended to Spruce Street his five-story public garage located on the south side of Latimer Street between Fifteenth and Sixteenth Streets in Philadelphia. Plaintiffs brought this bill to enjoin operation of the extension as a public garage. The extension in the rear is 65 feet wide, 120 feet long and four stories high with basement. To preserve the present character of Spruce Street the first floor facing Spruce Street contains three rooms for use as stores, each of which has a depth of not less than sixty feet.
