PAINE, District Judge.

This cause is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Pre-Trial Detention Order (DE 25). In this motion, counsel for SIMMONS moves the Court to reverse the recommendation of the Magistrate and grant the Defendant a reasonable bond pending trial. Counsel points out that the Defendant was charged in a three-count indictment with Conspiracy to Distribute Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine and Distribution of Cocaine.
