Defendants Alejandro Sierra a/k/a Alejandro Sierra-Jerez and Maria Norha PerezZuluaga were indicted by a grand jury for conspiracy to possess cocaine with the intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. section 846; possession with the intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. section 841(a)(1); and with acting as principals to commit an offense against the United States, in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 2.
