ORDER OF DETENTION

KANNE, District Judge.

This matter involves the Bail Reform Act of 1984, specifically the issue of pretrial detention based on danger to the community under 18 U.S.C. § 3142.

Following an appeal of the magistrate’s pretrial detention order, this court found that the defendants, Antonio Dominguez and Roberto Rodriguez, were charged with drug trafficking offenses and that a rebut-table presumption arose, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3142(e) of the Bail Reform Act, that no condition or conditions of release could reasonably assure the safety of the community.
