Lawrence Frazee appeals, following an evidentiary hearing, the denial-of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. Frazee argues that trial counsel provided ineffective assistance in failing to investigate the testimony of two mental' health professionals and present such testimony regarding Frazee’s-mental health at Fra-zee’s sentencing hearing in -mitigation of punishment.
