This is an original proceeding in prohibition wherein the relator, Frederick Popo-wich, seeks to prohibit the respondent, the Honorable Frank Conley, from “revoking” his probation and ordering his four-year prison sentence executed, arguing that the violations on which the respondent is revoking him occurred prior to his being placed on probation; and thus, in revoking his probation for those violations, the respondent exceeded his jurisdiction.
