Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Ramsey County District Court amending a divorce decree, and from an order denying defendant’s motion for amended findings or, in the alternative, for a hearing de novo.

The parties were married on March 9,1961. Following their marriage *533they resided and worked in St. Paul, Minnesota. They have a child born in 1963. They purchased a home at 856 Burr Street in St. Paul in March 1964 with a small downpayment, which plaintiff claims she provided.
