Washburn et al., as trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Junction City, the Sugar Pine Door and Lumber Company, a corporation, and the Board of Church Extension of the Methodist Episcopal Church, a corporation, to foreclose an alleged lumber merchant’s lien on certain real property in said city.
