Affirming.

Appellant, Inter-Connty Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation, is a non-profit corporation organized and operating under the provisions of KRS 279.010 to 279.990, inclusive. It has no capital stock and the rights and interests of each member of the corporation in respect to the property of the corporation and in respect to voting at membershijD meetings are equal.
