This is a civil action for damages and injunctive relief. In his complaint, plaintiff alleges that on April 1, 1969, his parole was revoked without being preceded by a constitutionally valid hearing; that he was taken into custody on October 1, 1969; that he was confined in jail from October 1, 1969, to June 9, 1970, when he pleaded guilty to certain charges; that the period between October 1, 1969, and June 9, 1970, did not count against the sentence from which he had been paroled; and that the June 9, 1970, proceedings conducted before…
