This is an appeal from the Workers Compensation Board (Board). Polly Webber, formehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhrly Polly Schwarzkopf (claimant), received an eye injury during the course of her employment with Automotive Controls Corporation (ACC) and filed a claim for workers compensation. The administrative law judge (ALJ) awarded her 1% permanent partial general bodily disability, which she appealed to the Board; the Board increased her award to 15%.
