Plaintiff brought an action against defendant for false arrest and malicious prosecution. The jury rendered a verdict in his favor and this appeal is from the judgment entered thereon. The errors assigned are the disaffirming of a point for binding instructions and the refusal to enter judgment for defendant non obstante, veredicto. Therefore all the evidence and inferences therefrom favorable to plaintiff must be taken as true and all unfavorable to him must be rejected.
